By accessing TikTok User Finder, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TikTok User Finder is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok or ByteDance.
Service Description
TikTok User Finder processes a TikTok username, profile URL, or user ID and returns account information obtained from public sources or a data provider.
The service does not provide:
- access to private account content;
- passwords or authentication credentials;
- private phone numbers or email addresses;
- IP addresses or precise physical locations; or
- a guarantee that an account belongs to a particular person.
Region, language, creation-time, and account-statistics fields may be incomplete, delayed, historical, or inaccurate. A region signal does not prove a user's nationality, residence, or current physical location.
Acceptable Use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to:
- stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or dox another person;
- target minors or vulnerable people;
- facilitate fraud, discrimination, impersonation, or identity theft;
- bypass privacy settings or security controls;
- build an indexable database of personal profiles;
- overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service;
- resell or redistribute results in violation of applicable law or third-party rights; or
- misrepresent the service as an official TikTok product.
We may block requests, suspend access, or cooperate with lawful investigations when we reasonably believe the service is being abused.
We may apply reasonable short-term request limits to prevent abuse, protect upstream services, and preserve availability for other users. These limits may vary with demand and service capacity and do not create a guaranteed request rate or service-level commitment.
Public Data and Third-Party Services
Results may depend on TikTok and other third-party services that we do not control. Availability, fields, limits, and accuracy may change without notice. Your use of TikTok and any linked service remains subject to that service's own terms.
Accounts and Monthly Lookup Allowances
One limited single-account lookup per UTC day may be available without registration. Google sign-in may include a one-time allocation of 5 promotional lookups that expires after 7 days. Promotional allowances have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
One lookup is charged when a request returns a successful or partial public-profile result. A Username Checker request also uses one lookup when it completes with either “Public account found” or “No public account resolved.” The latter means only that no public record resolved at the time of the check; it does not prove that a username is available, unused, or has never belonged to an account. Invalid input, restricted, rate-limited, upstream-error, service-unavailable, and ordinary profile not-found outcomes are not charged. A cached successful result may still use one lookup because it is a completed service request.
Starter, Pro, and Power are automatically renewing subscriptions. Monthly plans renew each month. Annual plans are billed once per year at the displayed annual price. Both billing intervals receive a new lookup allowance each month, unused allowance does not roll over, and annual plans do not receive the entire yearly allowance in advance. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No prorated upgrade, downgrade, one-time top-up, or parallel subscription is offered in the initial version.
Permanent Credits issued under an earlier one-time purchase remain available under their original terms, but they are no longer sold publicly. Subscription allowances and legacy permanent Credits are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Payments, Refunds, and Disputes
Prices, currency, monthly lookup allowance, billing interval, renewal terms, and payment provider are shown before checkout. Stripe, Creem, or PayPal processes card, account, and payment information under its own terms. Displayed prices may exclude taxes that the payment provider is required to calculate or collect.
Refund requests can be submitted through the Contact page. Eligibility is governed by applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. A full refund stops the related subscription entitlement and removes the unused portion of the current monthly allowance. A partial refund removes a proportional part of the current monthly allowance and may place the account on billing hold for review. If the relevant allowance has already been used, paid lookup access may remain paused while the account is reviewed. A payment dispute immediately pauses paid access and removes the remaining allowance associated with the disputed order.
Nothing in these terms limits statutory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You are responsible for protecting access to the Google account used to sign in.
Intellectual Property
TikTok names, logos, content, and profile information belong to their respective owners. TikTok User Finder grants no rights to third-party content beyond what applicable law permits.
The TikTok User Finder software, interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and the licenses included with the software.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You are responsible for independently verifying results before relying on them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TikTok User Finder and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Changes and Termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service and may revise these terms. Continued use after revised terms are published means you accept the revised terms.
