Overview
TikTok User Finder helps people look up publicly available TikTok account information. This policy explains what data we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.
TikTok User Finder is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TikTok or ByteDance.
Search Inputs and Results
When you submit a TikTok username, profile URL, or user ID, we process that input to retrieve public account information from our data provider.
- Search inputs are not retained by default.
- Search results are not published as indexable profile pages.
- We do not provide private account content, passwords, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or precise physical locations.
- A displayed region is an account-level signal. It may be historical or inaccurate and does not prove a person's current location.
Short-lived caching may be used to improve reliability, reduce upstream requests, and prevent abuse. Cache retention is limited to what is operationally necessary.
Operational and Analytics Data
We may collect limited technical information such as request time, response time, result status, error category, browser type, device type, a signed anonymous browser identifier, and a daily rotating HMAC of a network address. We process the network address transiently to generate that HMAC and do not intentionally store the original address in lookup records or logs.
We use this information to:
- operate and secure the service;
- enforce rate limits;
- diagnose failures;
- measure aggregate usage; and
- improve performance and usability.
Operational logs are designed not to include the submitted TikTok username. Analytics and cookies will only be enabled when configured and will be disclosed through the site's consent controls where required.
Google Accounts, Usage, Subscriptions, and Support
Limited single-account lookups can be used without registration. If you sign in with Google, we receive the name, email address, profile image, and account identifier needed to create and secure your account. We request only the OpenID, email, and basic profile scopes.
We store lookup-allowance grants, use, expiry, subscription status, billing interval, payments, refunds, disputes, and account billing status. Credits remain an internal accounting unit, but subscription allowances are presented as monthly lookups. We do not store the TikTok account identifier as part of a usage transaction.
Payment card or PayPal account details are processed by Stripe, Creem, or PayPal and are not stored directly by TikTok User Finder. We store order and subscription identifiers, selected plan and billing interval, amount, currency, payment status, renewal dates, provider references, and refund or dispute status for fulfillment, fraud prevention, support, and financial recordkeeping.
Service Providers
We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, email, storage, payment processing, security, and public TikTok data retrieval. They may process information only as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy terms.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information:
- to service providers acting on our behalf;
- when required by law or a valid legal request;
- to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or
- as part of a business transfer, subject to applicable law.
Retention and Security
We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding personal information we control. Financial and security records may be retained where required by law or necessary to establish or defend claims. You may also request correction or removal of account information displayed by the service.
