Interactive lookups only. Short rate limits may apply during high demand. A username check that completes without a public account still uses one lookup; it does not guarantee username availability. Bulk and API access are not included.

A successful numeric ID lookup also uses one regular monthly lookup. Failed lookups use neither allowance.
